Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations across QUATAPAY, QUATAFOOD and ABAQWA — driving service quality, partner onboarding and operational excellence as we scale.
QUATA Digital Enterprise is a technology company building digital platforms that solve real-world problems across payments, food delivery, logistics and commerce in Cameroon and Africa — QUATAPAY (payments, merchant services, wallets, agent network and payment gateway), QUATAFOOD (food ordering and delivery) and ABAQWA / Go Abaqwa (parcel delivery, errands and logistics).
Reporting to the Founder / CEO, the Operations & Platform Manager coordinates and supervises day-to-day business operations across all three platforms. You will ensure smooth platform operations, support merchant and partner onboarding, oversee operational teams, monitor service performance, resolve escalated issues and work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
English (spoken and written) is mandatory. French and Cameroon Pidgin English are a strong advantage — candidates who communicate effectively in English, French and Pidgin will have an added advantage when working with customers and partners across Cameroon.
“The best thing about working in Operations at QUATA is the loop between shipping and seeing the outcome. There's no waiting for someone else to validate the work — you go talk to the user.”
