Reporting to the Operations & Platform Manager, the Digital Marketing & Community Manager manages our digital presence, creates engaging content, grows online communities, executes marketing campaigns and helps drive customer and merchant acquisition — accelerating adoption of QUATAPAY, QUATAFOOD and ABAQWA across Cameroon.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Business, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
English (spoken and written) is mandatory. French and Cameroon Pidgin English are a strong advantage — candidates who communicate effectively in English, French and Pidgin will have an added advantage when working with customers and partners across Cameroon.
